These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LyraBet Casino website, mobile site, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in the country or territory where you reside and/or access the Services.


2. Eligibility & Restricted Countries

2.1. You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or older if the legal minimum age for gambling in your jurisdiction is higher; and
  • Online gambling is not prohibited in your country or territory of residence; and
  • You are not accessing the Services from a Restricted Country.

2.2. The following are examples (non-exhaustive) of Restricted Countries where we do not accept players, including but not limited to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • France
  • Spain
  • Netherlands

Additional countries and territories may be restricted. We reserve the right to update the list of Restricted Countries at any time and to block access or close accounts where required by law or regulation.

2.3. You confirm that:

  • You are not a resident or citizen of a Restricted Country;
  • You are not accessing the Services from a Restricted Country;
  • You are not listed on any applicable sanctions or exclusion list.

2.4. Employees, contractors, and agents of the Operator and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, may be prohibited from participating in the Services, except as expressly authorized by internal policies.


3. Account Registration

3.1. To use the Services, you must create a personal account (“Account”).

3.2. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Country of residence
  • Preferred account currency

3.3. You agree to keep your details up to date and to promptly notify us of any changes.

3.4. You may only open one (1) Account with LyraBet. Multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, are strictly prohibited. If we identify duplicate accounts, we may:

  • Close or merge such accounts;
  • Void bonuses and winnings;
  • Retain balances if fraud or abuse is suspected.

3.5. You may not register or hold an Account on behalf of another person or entity.

3.6. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at our sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory obligations.


4. Account Verification (KYC) & AML

5. Login Credentials & Security

5.1. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials;
  • Restricting access to your devices;
  • All activity conducted on or through your Account.

5.2. You must not:

  • Share your login details with any third party;
  • Allow any other person to access or use your Account;
  • Use another person’s Account.

5.3. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must:

  • Change your password immediately; and
  • Contact our customer support without delay.

5.4. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or notify us promptly.


6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1. Deposits

6.1.1. You may deposit funds into your Account using available payment methods for your jurisdiction, which may include (depending on region):

6.1.3. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments held in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension, voided transactions, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1.4. Deposits are generally processed instantly for cards, e-wallets, and crypto, while bank transfers may take additional time. Processing times are indicative and may vary.

6.1.5. We do not typically charge internal fees for deposits. However, your bank, payment provider, or crypto network may impose fees, which are your responsibility.

6.2. Withdrawals

  • Successful completion of KYC/AML checks;
  • Verification of your payment methods;

6.2.6. We may decline or delay a withdrawal if:

6.2.7. We do not generally charge internal fees for withdrawals, but third-party or network fees may apply.

6.3. Currency

6.3.1. Supported currencies may include, among others: EUR, CAD, CHF, NOK, NZD, CZK, PLN, AUD, and others as listed on the site.

6.3.2. You must select a primary currency upon registration. Once selected, changes may be restricted or not permitted.

6.3.3. If currency conversion is required, it will be performed at the prevailing exchange rates of our payment processors. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.


7. Use of the Services & Fair Play

7.2. You agree that you will not:

7.3. If we reasonably believe you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may:

  • Report your conduct to relevant authorities;
  • Seek legal remedies where appropriate.

7.4. In the event of a technical or system error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, misconfigured game parameters, or malfunctioning software), all affected bets and/or game rounds may be declared void. We will not be liable for any resulting losses, and any winnings obtained from such errors may be cancelled.


8. Bonuses, Promotions & Cashback

8.1. All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers (collectively, “Bonuses”) are subject to:

  • These Terms; and
  • Specific Bonus Terms & Conditions published on the relevant promotion page or in the cashier.

8.2. By claiming or accepting a Bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms, including (without limitation):

  • Minimum deposit requirements;
  • Wagering requirements;
  • Game weighting and contribution percentages;
  • Maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus;
  • Time limits for completing wagering;
  • Maximum convertible winnings or withdrawal caps (if applicable);
  • Eligible games and excluded games.

8.3. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount and/or bonus plus deposit as specified in the offer;
  • Different games may contribute differently towards wagering (e.g., slots usually 100%, table games and live casino often lower or 0%);
  • Breaching maximum bet rules or playing excluded games while wagering a bonus may result in bonus and winnings being voided.

8.5. We reserve the right to:

9. Sports Betting Rules

9.2. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules applicable to each sport, market, and bet type, including settlement rules, void conditions, and cash-out rules.

9.3. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct obvious errors in odds or markets and to void or adjust affected bets;
  • Cancel bets placed after an event has started where such bets are clearly invalid;

9.4. In case of discrepancy between the event information displayed on our website and official sources, the official result or information from governing bodies will prevail.


10. Game Rules, RNG & Fairness

11.3. If you choose to self-exclude:

11.4. Our “exclude one, exclude all” policy may apply across brands operated by SpectraWeb Services SRL, meaning self-exclusion may extend to sister sites.

12. Inactive & Dormant Accounts

12.1. An Account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period specified on the website (e.g., 12 months), or as required by local regulation.

12.2. We may contact you via your registered email before an Account becomes dormant.

12.3. Where permitted by law, a reasonable monthly administrative fee may be charged against inactive balances after a specified period. Fees and timelines will be disclosed in the relevant policy section.

12.4. If your Account remains dormant for a prolonged period, we may:

  • Close the Account;
  • Handle any remaining balances in accordance with applicable laws (including potential transfer to relevant authorities where required).

13. Account Closure

13.1. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, we may:

  • Request identity verification;
  • Settle any outstanding bets or obligations.

13.2. We may suspend or close your Account, or restrict access to the Services, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have breached these Terms or applicable laws;

  • You are located in or have relocated to a Restricted Country;

13.3. Subject to our legal and regulatory obligations, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses) may be returned to you upon request, provided that:

  • Your identity and payment methods are verified; and
  • No investigation or legal restriction is pending.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1. All content and materials on the Services, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, game titles, and audio-visual content, are owned by us, our licensors, or partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.2. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.


18. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

21. Assignment

21.1. We may assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and/or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to another entity, provided that such assignment does not reduce your legal protections.

21.2. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person.


22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

22.1. These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our primary operating licence (Curaçao), unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

22.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.


23. Language

23.1. These Terms may be translated into multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by law.
